Latest ver update is terrible. App loads forever and then pops up server error. Retry multiple times and will still fail. Also, draw results are late, usually comes in only the next day unlike previously where the results are updated instantaneous and fast. Seems like the company tried to jam in too many function into one app without properly setting up the servers and backup systems

The new UI is not that well thought out and your scanner is hopeless cos it can scan only certain tickets and doesnt work on some other tickets! This new version is a major disaster and I am appalled that a major corporation like Magnum cant even get a basic app right!

Had been using this apps since years ago, but since last Sunday seems to be not able to work anymore, not able to scan any ticket or pop up error like something went wrong or the latest draw result shown was last Saturday 😂. Reinstall the app and reset my phone does not help. 😢
